These terms describe the basic rules for using Blipmood, a social community platform operated by Timzee Corp. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Our Content Policy & Community Standards also applies to posts, videos, messages, profiles and marketplace listings.

Accounts

Provide information that is accurate enough for your account to function, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.

Community content and extra community rules

You remain responsible for content you submit. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material. We may moderate, limit, remove, or report content where appropriate. Community owners and moderators may publish additional rules for their own communities, but those rules may never override the Blipmood Content Policy.

Direct messages and groups

Private chats and groups are for legitimate communication. Do not use messaging features for harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts. Group owners and moderators may have additional controls.

Marketplace

Marketplace listings may connect buyers and sellers. Unless a specific checkout or escrow service is expressly provided by Blipmood, the platform does not automatically guarantee the quality, ownership, availability, delivery, authenticity, or refund outcome of a member-to-member transaction. Review listing details carefully and use appropriate caution.

Intellectual property

Site software, branding, interface elements, and original Timzee materials belong to their respective rights holders. User submissions remain subject to the rights you grant us to operate the requested feature.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be retired as the platform develops. We may update these terms when necessary and will publish the latest version here.
