Privacy Policy

Blipmood is a community platform operated by Timzee Corp. This policy explains the main categories of information the service may handle and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, this may include account details, profile information, posts, comments, messages, marketplace listings, support requests, and technical information needed to operate the service.

Why we use it

We use information to create accounts, provide requested features, keep conversations and community content working, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet applicable obligations.

Messages and community content

Content you publish or send is used to provide the feature you requested. Private messages are intended for the participants of the relevant chat, subject to account permissions, moderation, security operations, and applicable law.

Signed-in activity and optional email choices

When you use the signed-in website, we may store a recent visit timestamp to support account features and avoid treating returning members as inactive. This is separate from optional cookies. A last sign-in date alone cannot reliably identify whether somebody stopped visiting.

Inactivity check-in emails are optional and start switched off. You can turn them on in Email settings, turn them off later, or use the unsubscribe link in a reminder. We record when email preference choices change so we can respect and verify them. Newsletter marketing is a separate choice and is not automatically enabled by registering an account.

Private article reading history

For signed-in members who have not disabled the feature, Blipmood stores the article identifier, an approximate reading percentage, and timestamps so they can resume reading on another device. This information is private to the account and does not appear on public profiles. The feature uses the existing creator-following graph to show newer published articles from creators you follow. These feeds do not automatically generate promotional messages or emails.

You can stop new progress recording, or permanently erase the saved reading positions without deleting bookmarks, in Reading history settings. You can also unfollow creators at any time. Reading position records are not used to artificially increase article view counts.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session and preference storage may be required for the site to work. Optional measurement or similar technologies should only be enabled where the site has provided the applicable choice. See the Cookie Policy.

Sharing and service providers

We may use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, database, authentication, messaging, storage, email, or AI service providers when those features are enabled. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the feature, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and other legitimate operational needs. Different data types may have different retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us about access, correction, deletion, account questions, privacy concerns, or consent choices. Some rights may depend on applicable law and the specific circumstances of the request.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your credentials private and report suspicious activity promptly.
